Schedule troubles??

So I just got my AP results back, and I got a 5 on calc BC :)
Thats awesome because im majoring in math, but now I have a dilemma.
Im currently enrolled in calc 2 at my college, but my advisor and I planned it out where we left my schedule open where the 1 section of calc 3 is in case I need to switch. The reason I signed up for calc 2 instead of three was because he said that while calc 2 often fills up, calc 3 never does.
Well I go to switch my schedule, and guess what?? The calc 3 class is full. And now I don't know what to do... im not taking 2 again since I've qualified to get credits for it, and I can't just not take math this semester because its my major!!

Any ideas??

Is there a waiting list for Calc 3? If so, get your name on it, and take another general requirement class. Either way, you’ll get something in.

From a mathematical point of view, you could take linear algebra before calc 3. Is that an option scheduling-wise?

Or discrete math. I just CC-stalked you and found out that you are attending the University of Wisconsin - River Falls, which requires Discrete Math for the math major as well.
