Schedule

I'm retaking one semester of a class that I received a D in, so I need to take a one semester class for the next semester. I really don't like any one semester classes (generally because of the people who take them have no interest in learning), and I know I will get an A in all of them and have most of the block as free time, so which one would look best to colleges?

Technical math
Problem solving strategies
Music appreciation
Instrumental music theory
Street law
Business law
Journalism
Science fiction
Hippy History
Sociology

Bump because my counselor wants to know today.

Most of those classes sound weird as hell, but just judging by the names I’d go with the math or problem solving one depending on your interests.

Hippy History?

Gawd take that for the laughs (:

Journalism and sociology sound pretty good. The math classes sound like jokes and some of the hitory classes might not sound good, even though they might be respectable classes.

What do you plan to major in?

I’m told that the extent of Hippy History I is watching Forrest Gump and tying them in to historical events from the time :P

I have no idea what I want to major in, but as I said, I have no interest in any of those.

I would suggest: Music appreciation, technical math, and buisness law, they seem like classes that with distinguish you from the other college applicants. Good luck and I hope you enjoy whatever you pick!

I’d choose either Problem Solving Strategies or Business Law.
