Scheduling classes for senior year of high school

Hello, I am currently in a dilemma. I have recently created my schedule for my senior year, composed of the following classes:
AP BC Calc
Multivariable Calc
AP Economics
Latin Lit Honors
AP English Literature
Journalism

I am pretty satisfied with my classes, but I have the option to switch Latin Honors with Sociology common placement, which is considered an easy class but the students LOVE the teacher, class, and subject. My question is which one should I take? Taking Latin for 4 years would look very good on a college app, and I am very good with the subject as I have won multiple awards, but the class is not particularly exciting, fun, or that enjoyable. However, I would enjoy the sociology class (especially after hearing what the current seniors have said about it - all positive) and I am even pretty intrigued by the psychology/sociology field. However I am worried that sociology would make my course load look less rigorous (especially with journalism, another easy class) and/or make me seem like I just gave up on my language, which I have excelled in. Any advice or suggestions…?

Multivariable calculus normally requires calculus 2 or calculus BC as a prerequisite. So perhaps you can drop that to take the sociology course.

sociology and latin are in the same block…it’s one or the other - thanks for the fast response!

No matter what you do the BC calc and multivariable class at the same time doesn’t make sense. I probably would go with the Latin to be consistent. What about psych?

taking both at the same time is just an option my school offers, my school doesn’t offer a psych class. Thanks for the advice!

I’ll be curious as to how you learn multi-variate calculus before learning calculus.

Do you recommend I keep Latin and drop multivariable Calc for an independent study AP Psychology (If I’m able to get that class)?

Consider taking a science class senior year.
