Scheduling Conflict

If you take chem and macro, you wouldn't necessarily be behind in the pre-med track. If you take both, and then decide that you want to go the medicine route, you can always take bio later. Actually, most kids who are pre med here come in with AP bio credit, so they don't take it anyway. However, a lot of med schools don't take AP Bio credit as a substitute for their "1 year of Biology" requirements, so in their sophomore or junior year pre-meds will take Biochemistry+Cell Biology to constitute their one year of bio credit. So, if I were you, I'd take Chem and Macro.
