Scheduling Conflicts

For, senior year I signed up for:

AP Physics C
AP Chemistry
AP Government
AP Microeconomics
AP Statistics
AP Spanish IV
AP Literature & Composition
Newspaper
Partner's PE

But if I take AP Lit. I cannot take AP Stat: Lit offered only 1st and 3rd, Stat offered only 1st period, AP Chem only on 3rd. And if I want to take both AP Spanish IV or AP Gov/Econ, I cannot take either Physics B or Physics C.

Now my schedule looks like this,
AP Lit.
AP Gov/Econ
AP Chem
AP Music Theory
AP Spanish IV
Parnter's PE (required toward graduation)
Newspaper
AP Psychology/teacher assistant for special ed. department

So, should I ask my counselor to write about my situation in the recommendation letter, or is this schedule fine as it is and will not affect my application? I will apply to JHU ED this fall.
I really wanted to take AP Physics. I guess I will self study AP Stat.

Take AP lit over AP stat. Many colleges do not consider AP stat as highly rated an AP as AP lit and many will not give you college credit for stat even if you take a 5.

Do you want to go into the sciences? If so, then take ap physics. If not, then dont
