Scheduling Dilemma, Help Please!

I need to pick out my senior schedule, and I want to get into the UC's but I don't know if I have to take 3 years of foreign language. I'm currently taking spanish 2 H, AP biology, AP language, APUSH, orchestra, and pre calculus. I want to become a pre med in college and go to med school, so I'm contemplating between two schedules and would like your advice.

1.
AP Calc AB
AP Gov/Econ
AP Literature
Spanish 3 H
Orchestra
Anatomy H

AP Calc AB
AP Gov/Econ
AP Chem
AP Phsycology
Orchestra
English 3 H

Since I want to become a pre med schedule two looks better, but here's the thing:
the AP chem teacher is known to be horrible and people say that it's a waste of time. But if I take AP Literature the teacher there is notorious but people say they learn a lot. Also the Spanish 3 H teacher is known to be very very very hard.

Thanks for your help in advance ^^.

BTW in advance, I know that Pre med is not a major and that I can major in anything I want.

the ucs recommend three years of a language

yeahh, I’ve realized that they do recommend three years but would it be better to take a science course in replacement due to the fact that science is what I want to study in college?

Can you just self-study AP Psych?

Perhaps, but I feel like if I don’t take it then I’ll not want to self study it due to the intensity of the other courses.
Are you implying that I replace AP Psych with spanish 3?

You know, a lot of the classes for pre-meds will be taken in college. I’d say get the 3 years of foreign lanuage done.

Skip lunch and take one of the classes in that extra time period. Bring snacks to eat throughout the day.

What about:
AP Calc AB
AP Gov/Econ
AP Chem
Spanish 3 H
Orchestra
English 3 H

I don’t think AP Psych is worth it. I’ve heard its a joke to many, and colleges may see it that way as well. I’d suggest to take the language, as you probably won’t get credit for a 5 on the AP anyway (idk about UCs though, so I could be wrong). A college Psych class will probably be much better than the AP one anyway.

Will taking AP chemistry really help me do better in the future chemistry class that I am planning to take in college?
