<p>on wed. my IB/AP coordinator called me to verify if i was taking IB Chem & AP Bio or AP Chem & IB bio- i orginally chose the latter, but when i asked my current chem teacher (and the coordinator) if it was offered 6th period, they both said NO.
i didnt get the message until today and now i m wondering if they DO have AP Chem available when i wanted. if so, they have summer assignments for both and its too late to get them (i think) school ended yesterday </p>
<p>i really wanted to take AP Chem, though! and it was just my luck that i didnt find out until today! i m so ticked off</p>
<p>has anyone ever transfered into AP or IB courses that required summer assignments? The IB Bio assignment was very easy, according to my friends but idk about the AP Chem one.</p>
<p>I transfered into AP Euro History and luckily the teacher that was teaching it happened to be in school at that time so I went to get the book and the assignment. If school only ended yesterday, chances are that the teachers may still be at school on Monday. Hope everything works out!</p>
<p>You can ask your friend to make a copy of the assignment. If it requires a text book, I'm sure there's going to be someone in school... Or am I wrong?</p>
<p>Ya. I e-mailed my old english teacher like 2 weeks after school ended and I got a response. Just e-mail the teachers the situations and I'm sure they won't hve a problem with it.</p>
