<p>I'm a freshman EECS major planning on taking Math 1b. At CalSo my advisor said to sign up for it during Phase II (needed Phase I for CS61A and Phys7A).</p>
<p>My phase II is about to start and looking on schedule.Berkeley.edu, I can see that there is a perfect LEC for my schedule, but all the corresponding DIS sections seem to be full with a couple people waitlisted already.</p>
<p>Should I sign up for the LEC and waitlist as many DIS as possible hoping to get in? Is it probable or even possible that I'll get the DISs that I sign up for? or should I just assume its not possible and start trying to plan for a different math class? </p>
<p>Any advice/ suggestions would help. Thanks.</p>
