Scheduling Help

My current senior year schedule goes like so:

AP English
AP Calc
AP Physics
AP Enviro
AP Euro

....I was perusing the local university website and saw that they offered dual enrollment at a relatively affordable pricetag. Would it be worth it to take 1 class at my HS and because a more or less fulltime college student in terms of education/future admissions.

My main goal in doing this is not to "look good" for some college (although it would be a nice benefit) but to finally experience the education I have been searching for and only sporadically finding in my 3 years of HS. I also thought it would be beneficial to acclimate to the college environment before I actually ship myself off somewhere for 4 years.

Any thoughts/experiences on this topic?

I think dual enrollment will be very beneficial to you to acclimate to a true college environment. HOWEVER, i would check to see if those credits would transfer to your eventual college. IF they won’t, it kinda seems like you’d be wasting your money. If they don’t take your credit, i would stick with AP classes…

just from an econ. standpoint. If you really don’t care about the money, go for the dual enrollment
