Scheduling Problems

Hey there!

I'm an Engineering Physics major who is planning on taking Chem 1a, Physics 7a, and e7 this coming semester. I'm a spring admit, so I couldn't take any of these classes during the fall. How feasible is this schedule? It involves three labs and I imagine a lot of work but how do-able is it?

On top of this I've got another problem. It's phase II and I've enrolled in both chem and physics but am having trouble trying to fit e7 into my schedule. It's because of my chem lab; it directly interferes with the time of the e7 lecture. I tried changing my lab time but I can't get into any of the other labs that fit with my current schedule, not even on the waitlist. I think this is a problem with telebears. Assuming I CAN get on the waitlist, I was wondering if it would just be possible for me to keep my current lab time and then try to sit-in on the appropriate lab once the semester starts. I have no knowledge of the waitlist protocol, so any advice would be welcome.

Thanks,
-a

it should be do-able. i’m taking chem 4b, physics 7a, math 54, and eps 50 next semester (3 labs). I expect to be half dead by summer, but on the other hand, i have no humanities papers to distract me–i can focus on just science/math. i also posted before asking if this sched was okay, someone did it with a harder class than eps 50 and he/she did okay.

try finding a schedule that works with the help of esc.frozeninflames.net --you select the classes you want, choose all the options for each class, then it’ll spit out the different possible permutations of your schedule. very helpful.

can’t help you much with waitlists though…seeing as i haven’t waitlisted for anything yet.

You don’t have to go to your assigned labs for E7. You can go to anyone you want to as long as there is space. Your schedule looks fine. I think you can get by with out going to lecture.
