<p>I'm kind of confused about one of my classes. I'm taking A&O Sci 3, which has a discussion and a lab. Am I supposed to enroll in both? If I do, it'll put me over the unit maximum. :( Is there any detriment to not doing the lab?</p>

<p>you pretty much have to take the lab because it's most likely a good chunk of the overall grade in the class. the only way to get out of taking a lab is if you had previously taken the class, passed the lab portion but, not passed the class and are retaking the class.</p>
