Scheduling

Hi everyone. So next year I'm going to be a sophomore, and I was wondering if I could get some feedback on my schedule. Thanks in advance.

Pre-IB (Honors) English 10
IB Chemistry 1 (Like AP)
IB Physics 1 (Like AP)
Pre-IB (Honors) comparative government OR IB History of the Americas SL 1 (like AP)
Pre-IB (Honors) Algebra II / Trigonometry
Spanish 3
Advanced Band

Thanks.

C’mon, cause I please get some views??? thanks

The population in these lands, in general, do not find these requests of most positive appeal.

Please, can somebody give me some pointers??? It would be greatly appreciated!!!

I don’t understand what you want us to say. Looks tough. You know it’s a tough schedule. If you’re looking for an ego boost or something you’re not gonna get it here.

When you say IB Physics I, do you mean IBMYP Physics I, or this the first of the two-year IB science sequence? If it’s the latter, I highly recommend postphoning it to Junior year. That way, colleges won’t see your IB scores until after you’ve been accepted. It keeps the pressure off of you to get 6’s and 7’s on the IB exam, which, believe me, is not an easy thing to do in the midst of junior year hell.

And I don’t know how much leeway your school offers, but I recommend adding IB Art in place of one of the sciences. It’s not easy by any means, but it’s nice to have a class that requires a way of thinking outside of memorizing formulas.

No, it’s IB Physics 1, the first of a 2 year sequence. I am very good at math, and my teachers have recommend that I take on this challenge. Have you taken IB Physics?

You posting this is bad enough, but then you comment two times begging for an ego boost? Come on, you know its a tough schedule. What “pointers” were you looking for, exactly? Whether to choose what gov/history class to take? Nobody Cares! Just pick one and worry about more important things.

Wow, I had no idea that people on CC were so cheery and happy and nice…
