<p>I was accepted into the scholars program--Media Self & Society. Anyone know any information and if it's actually worth doing. Does it give better opportunities, connections, etc?</p>
<p>It is a living and learning program, so you’ll get to be housed with other people who have the same interests. For example I’m going to be in the Science, Technology & Society program and I hear it’s about 10% Computer Science majors which is my major. They also have special classes, field trips and interviews. I imagine it would also make your resume stand out a bit too.</p>
