Scholarship and Admissions :) Please help!

Hello! I just wanted to know if you guys could chance me on two things:
1. Getting in!
2. Getting a Presidential Scholarship. Even if I do get in, I don't think there is any way I can afford it without a full scholarship. My family is middle class, so I don't expect much need based aid.

So here are my stats:

SAT: Math: 710, Critical Reading: 760, Writing: 680

CLASS SCHEDULE: As rigorous as possible. 2-3 AP courses per year, all others were honors.

CLASS RANK: 4/70

GPA: Weighted: 4.2, Unweighted: 3.79

Extra Curriculars:
Captain of Improv Comedy Team and President of Improv Club
Founder/President of Environment Club
Graphics Editor for Yearbook
Men's Varsity Volleyball
National Honors Society
Quill and Scroll Journalism Honor Society
Years of musical theatre
500 hours of Community Service
Part-time job at Pet Supermarket

You should be eligible for the Dean's. The Presidentials last year were offered to some students with 1540+ & most of those were also National Merit so it will be tough. You may have a better chance if you are a minority, but it will still be tough. There's no guarantee for scholarships. You may be eligible for financial aid, so that could help too.
