scholarship application (aahah, if only.)

When filling out SAT scores, do we put the highest score from each section or do we put our highes combined total? I did better on CR and W the second time around, but my math score dropped - can I still use the higher one?

also, does Writing on the ACT refer to our raw essay score or to the english + writing score out of 36?

When the College Board sends SAT scores, they send all of your scores, by date. So, no matter what you put on the app, Wash U will see all the scores. Consequently, rather than putting together all your highest scores - Wash U will do that anyway - you should just report them by the date of the test.

Don't know about the ACTs though.

I put both... in the space I wrote 35/12. That way they definitely have the information they wanted. Of course, the official score report will list all your scores, so if you report the wrong one they still have a way of finding the particular score they were looking for.

yeah, i think i did what 12041987 did. i think we got the same scores too...
