<p>Hi, I just received my acceptance package this week and was wondering when I would receive an official confirmation letter of scholarships. (I qualify for Presidential). Is there such a letter, and when does it usually arrive? (I just want to totally confirm the scholarship before sending in my Freshman Deposit) </p>

<p>If I remember correctly it was between October and December when our daughter received a letter regarding the scholarship. Because these scholarships are completely based upon achieving test scores and a qualifying GPA, you need not worry…it’s guaranteed you’ll get it. Don’t wait to submit your enrollment deposit or it will prevent you from making the Housing deposit in October, and you really want to get that in as early as possible. The official letter offering the scholarship and requesting acceptance won’t arrive until the spring. Congratulations and Roll Tide!</p>
