I know there was some talk on the forum about scholarships now covering up to 20 credits, instead of 16.

Has that definitely been passed, and is it for all full tuition scholarships, Presidential, NMF, and Crimson?

Want to be sure of this since the spring schedule is available for view and some kids are starting to plan schedules.

If you are a NM, Presidential or Crimson scholars, the new 20-credit plan is in effect.

Now, if you want to take 20 credits, you do need an override.

Already several students are taking advantage of this new plan, so no one needs to wait until the spring to add an additional class.

The scholarships you mentioned now cover up to 20 credits a semester due to a policy change made over the summer. There seems to be some confusion on if those who have College of Engineering scholarships that cover a portion of tuition may also take 17-20 credits without an additional charge. I’ll leave that question for another person to answer.
