Scholarship Decisions

When are we supposed to hear back again??

fingers crossed

Late March, stuff will definitely be mailed out by April 1st.

All of the Trustee/Presidential scholarships have been mailed out; the rest will come out sometime between now and April 1st.

I think he means when will those that have interviewed for Trustee/Presidential hear back...

I remember that last year, the scholarship letter and the financial aid letter came on the same day. Yes to the Presidential, plus the other half of tuition was paid for by a free grant. Sweet!

Do any of you know anyone who got a presidential/trustee scholarship rejection letter? I want to know if you actually know someone personally who got a rejection letter, not your friend's friend's ex-boyfriend's mother-in-law's niece.

err i know a lot of people who got rejected from the scholarships...

they were okay though because they were all nmf's anyways.

My scholarship letter last year was dated March 24th, so I think I got mine probably on the 26th or so? Only a few weeks left! Get excited, guys...hopefully you will be in for an amazing feeling. I remember jumping around in my kitchen, screaming like a lunatic for ten minutes straight when I read my letter last year hahaha Best of luck to you all! :)

hmm... unless you probaly wont get any fin aid anyway, then would the schoalrhsip matter much becuase from what you didnt get in schoalrship $, wouldnt you get in grants ?

depends on your efc... for example, i don't qualify for aid, but i'm still up for the presidential scholarship & that would make a BIG difference in my tuition
