<p>When I got my letter of acceptance it offered me The Presidential Scholars Award for Valedictorians and Salutatorians but I'm not a valedictorian or salutatorian? It gave me 7k and I don't quite understand the methodology of how UCONN determined this scholarship.</p>
<p>If I were you, I would just call the financial aid office to verify that you have received the scholarship and not mention your situation. If you have indeed received it and are not a val/sal, then congratulations! An error in your favor!</p>
