<p>So for the Dean's Scholarships the prompt for the essay is "What do you believe the most important issues your desired field of engineering is facing today?" but I am applying engineering undecided. Should I just right about engineering as a whole or pick one or what?</p>
<p>Just start with something like Although I am an undecided engineering major… and choose one topic that you kind of desire to do in engineering field but I don’t see any harm in being honest and stating that you are undecided about what to do in engineering. BUT since the competition might be tough I think it will be a good idea to pick one topic (even though you are undecided) and write about it.</p>
