<p>I am an international student and I just got the admission decision from Bentley University, I am accepted. I would like to know if there is any international student who got accepted and if anyone knows when they notify us about any scholarship, do they do it on April 1st ?</p>

<p>lilita, I guess BentleyAdmission answered your question… I’m also an international student and got accepted too with a Presidental Scholarship… The scholarship decision came within the packet they sent to me… Btw, where are you from?? I’m from Venezuela!!</p>

I wasn’t expecting the presidential scholarship, got a half tuition one . I am from Morocco !!
So, if I want to take a private student loan (I have an american co signer), does anybody know how it works ? I mean interest rates …</p>

): do u think I can appeal for more merit scholarship to bentley university ? I know my SAT are not impressive but the Director International & Transfer Admissions sent me a letter because she wanted to send my SAT result and she began saying she was very impressed by my application so I guess maybe my essay and high school transcript and teacher’s rec had something to do with that. So maybe I could explain them my situation and ask for more merit scholarship ? What do u think ?</p>
<p>oh other question: I got accepted to MHC (mount holyoke college) with 41 000 $ FA, so I am really hesitating, cause I was also thinking about another professional project: I could do the doble major in MHC, I would do Economics and international relations and then I was thinking about doing a business graduation school (MBA), I heard a lot of people do that cause a liberal arts education gives u writing and communication skills that are helpful in the business world. can u please give me u opinions and experiences ?
And answer my final question: is is worth it to take a private student loan and go to bentley ? or rather go to MHC and do the doble major and then business grad school ?</p>

<p>If Bentley didn’t give you any scholarship, then it’s unlikely an appeal is going to get you the kind of aid that MHC is giving you.</p>

<p>Ahhh…I misunderstood from your first post. I thought you hadn’t rec’d anything from Bentley. How much is the “half Presidential”?</p>
<p>You could try to appeal for more, but if your stats aren’t high for the school, then it may not work. What country are you from? They may want more kids from your country.</p>

<p>I’m not sure what you are saying. Are you saying that they gave you a $3,000 loan and $38,000 in grants? What is the total cost? How much will your parents have to pay? About $10-15k per year?</p>

<p>Yes! Certainly! Many people who get their MBAs don’t do business for undergrad.</p>
