<p>Are Rutgers obligated to give you scholarships even after you've enrolled? I just heard a rumor that they may withhold money if you've already enrolled, but that could be false...</p>
<p>Also, are there single apartment dorms in NB Campus (as in no roommates)? I hope I didn't miss the deadline for sign-ups.</p>
