Hi! I just go my financial aid package, which offers “Presidential Scholarship with an annual value of full-time NYS tuition and standard fees for 4 years.” What I am wondering is if standard fees includes the meal plan, dorming, and health care (which add up substantially.) I don’t want to get my hopes up! Does anyone know? Thank you.

SUNY schools have tuition and a substantial fee. These are together included in the scholarship.
