<p>I just received my acceptance package to Lehigh and the 7 year BS/MD program. I didnt receive any scholarship!!! Is this a mistake or are they going to send it in a seperate letter? There is no way I can afford it without scholarship. My stats are below</p>

4.0 uw gpa
good ecs (violin, varsity tennis, research, 2 or 3 leadership positions)

<p>no, its not. from what I heard (I didn't get a scholarship either) the scholarship info came in the acceptance packet</p>
<p>You did not receive a scholarship or you did not receive financial aid? There was a separate (small) envelope in the acceptance packet that contained FA info. Very few applicants received merit scholarships.</p>
<p>If you did not qualify for FA, there should be a letter stating that. If you have NEITHER in your package (a letter stating ineligibility or a letter stating the financial aid package), then I suggest you contact the FA office.</p>
<p>i would contact the office. possibly they did not receive one of your fin aid forms and they do not think that you applied for financial aid.</p>
<p>well that sux then. Because I did recieve a financial aid letter with nothing on it. O well, i guess i'm crossing lehigh off the list.</p>
<p>The top US universities give very little merit aid. It's mostly based on demonstrated financial need.</p>

I also got accepted to 7 yrs BA/MD Lehigh/Drexel program. I only got 10 K Dean's scholarship info from Lehigh but no financial aid package.
My stats are similar to yours except my SAT2's had perfect scores (800/800) in Chemistry, Biology, Math2C and 760 in History. Similar EC's Captain Tennis, cross country, 3-4 leadership positions etc. I did get 25 K in scholarships from NYU and I am in dilemma as to what to do

<p>I just found out, that for the financial aid, one has to fill out "PROFILE" from collegeboard and send them (Lehigh). The deadline was Feb 1, 2006. I didnot fill out the PROFILE form, as only last week I found out the decision. Does that mean >>> no financial aid??
I will call lehigh on monday to confirm the findings.</p>
