Hey everyone,
I got accepted as an OOS applicant on Saturday and had some questions about financial aid/scholarships. I have a 1250 CR and Math not a 1260 which is needed for the OOS buckeye scholarship. Does anyone know if they would give me some of that money like maybe half for having test scores so close to the score needed? Thanks. Congrats to everyone that got in and for those who got deferred good luck!

Congrats on getting accepted!
There is a chart on scholarship money based on GPA and ACT/SAT scores. And since your name says from MA I would assume you are out of state. There are scholarships for out of state students like the National Buckeye Scholarship that I hear is pretty easy to win. I’m still trying to find scholarship money as well so my guess is as good as yours, however, I would recommend calling the financial aid office and going on the website. Here’s a link for a bunch of scholarship info:

Congrats on your acceptance! My son received his letter today He is in a similar boat, getting his combined score up to 1230, so close!! We were told it is strictly by the numbers, no gray area. He took the ACT and got a 28, so we are really hoping they accept the ACT and ignore the SAT. You could contact admissions to see if they would accept an ACT score now if you take it and score a 28 or higher. It certainly can’t hurt to ask. Good luck!!
