USD sends out scholarship notices in early march. I had originally thought i was in the running for getting merit money from them, but one of my friends heard back and received a scholarship last week. I, meanwhile, haven't heard a thing. Does this mean that I did not get a scholarship, or are people still going to be notified of merit money later on?

Feel free to share if you got money, and what your stats are.

Have you gotten the FAFSA stuff back from USD? Go on your portal and it will tell you if you got loans or grants (which is the FAFSA stuff), and it will also tell you if you got a merit scholarship.

I havent actually gotten an acceptance yet so I have no financial aid, etc. I applied regular decision. I’m just very sure that I’ll get an acceptance and am wondering that the reason I haven’t gotten an acceptance yet is because only merit recepients have gotten notified and that I’m not one of them

Ugh. I still haven’t gotten an acceptance either. Gosh I hope I got some sort of merit scholarship! I feel like I’m eligible…but I don’t know, maybe not.

Yeah, your stats are very similar to mine. It seems like we would be eligible for some sort of scholarship, but I haven’t even gotten an acceptance yet!
