Scholarship Question

Hi all,

I will be transferring to a 4-year institution next semester, not a particularily well-known one, but eh. This school is located roughly one hour from my class, requiring that I commute through Minnesota weather two hours a day, twice a week.

I received a $1,000 transfer scholarship for this school, but in order to recieve it, I have to take 12 credits.

Now it gets worse.

I work at my community college (300 per paycheck is fine for working 19 easy hours a week), and with financial aid (which I must keep AT this school) I need 6 credits to keep my job.

That is 18 credits. I will be taking an upper-level class for the first time. Having thoroughly read ratemyprofessor.com, it seems that two of the four teachers at my new school are pretty easy, and in all seriousness, I am only taking History of Rock and Roll and Intro to Theatre at my CC.

I ask this to a board full of strangers only because it is 1:34 AM CST on a Saturday morning and I'm pretty sure the school isn't open, and heck, maybe someone was/is in a similar situation:

Can I audit a class or two and keep the scholarship? Can I drop them?

Tuiton for my new school is 2,100 something for 12 credits (cheap), meaning that I would spend only 1,100 dollars (no scholarship) for taking 6 credits.

One of the classes at my new school is also available at my CC.

It is 1:38am, if you understand what I am talking about (hehe..) and have any advice, I would really appreciate it.
