<p>I recently received a check for a scholarship but instead of the check being for "UC Regents," it's made due for "University of California, San Diego"</p>
<p>Is that bad? Should I have them make a new one?</p>
<p>I actually had a scholarship made out to UC San Diego too. I emailed them asking what to do and they said:</p>
<p>Please put your name and student ID# (that starts with an “A”) at the bottom of the
check.</p>
