<p>When are scholarship awards announced? Also I have seen conflicting info on this, but is it true that if you get a scholarship of at least $1,000 in the College of Liberal Arts and are OOS you will get an OOS waiver in addition to that? That seems too generous unless hardly any $1000 awards are given to OOS.</p>
