What does it mean when it says you must have 30 transferable credits.Does it mean you must have over 30 credits transferred first? before getting the scholarship. Also would clep credits be in those 30 credits needed?

Call the school and ask.

Transferrable credits generally means credits that the school will accept. If they have an online course articulation system you may be able to determine which credits will transfer. You should email the admissions dept about clep credits - some schools do not consider them in the transfer admissions process and many will not evaluate them anyway until the score reports have been submitted.

You seem to ask a lot of general questions about issues that are going to depend on an individual school’s policies. I suggest that you start asking these questions to the school(s) you’re interested in as they will have the definitive answers. It does you no good to read people’s opinions and remain misinformed.
