Hey there CC,

I was just wondering what kind of grades I would need to get to get my presidential scholarship revoked? Do they even do that? Will a couple of C's be enough for them to do such a thing?

Thanks in advanced.

Are you a current student or just got accepted? You need to maintain at 3.25 at Rutgers to renew your scholarship every year. I have no clue how poorly you would need to do in second semester senior year to get it revoked.

I just got accepted, I know of the GPA requirement while at RU, but what about before?

Bump, anyone else please?

I don’t think ‘a couple of C’s’ will get your scholarship revoked. Are you sure you are getting C’s as your final grade? Your best bet is to call admissions and ask them, but I don’t think I would want to bring attention to myself in that way.

I’ve never heard of anyone’s Presidential Scholarhip getting revoked for ‘a couple of C’s’. So just stay calm and keep studying. Maybe get a tutor. Even smart people sometimes need help in certain subject areas. Don’t let it compound into ‘a couple of F’s’.

Good advice, but i am SURE that it will not come to that, i simply would not let that happen. But thanks for the reassurance that this will not affect my scholarship! Im just considering the worst case scenario in case i cannot raise my grades, but i will still have ~3.6 UW GPA with 5 AP classes, which isnt TOO shabby imo.
