Anyone hear if invites have gone out? Or when they will go out? Or when the scholarship weekend is?
For the past few years they have typically had 2 weekends. One in February and one in March. Emails normally go out in the last week of January.
Good luck, been now 10 years since I went to those weekends, had a blast and changed me from an unlikely Deac to a proud Deac alumnus, even though I did not get the scholarship I was competing for and ended up declining another school’s better offer. Go to these things at as many schools as you can, you never know when your mind might change. Good luck to you and enjoy wherever you go! #GoDeacs!

So if anyone does get an invite, please post it here. It is the easiest way (short of contacting Wake!) to know if scholarship offers or invitations to the weekend have gone out. Thanks!

Ok, so I called. They have not gone out. They will “probably go out next week”. That’s the word.

They may have gone out last week. I read a blog on CC dated 1/30/2016 ‘Wake Forest full ride vc. NC State Scholarship’. The person who wrote it said they were invited to an interview over the weekend of Feb.19th. Really bummed out. Does anyone know if they send out rejection emails as well?
And @Chimi3030 Not for the interview invites since everyone who applied by Dec 1st got considered before they narrowed it down.
