HEy,

how much aid did everyone get???

$25000 per year :)

27.5k per year

D got $32.5K

I got $22,500.

Is there more from financial aid or is that it?

I got $32.5 k (University Scholarship)

Are these merit scholarships, FA scholarships, or a mix?

mine was merit

Santa Claus is coming early… I got some “gifts” too. I know most likely I could get in, but never expect that much $$$ :)

Case has no application fee and no Supplement essay. I love it It does attract more applicants.

It’s my first acceptance letter :)

I got $17.5k, which seems relatively low.

And yes, there are a lot more scholarships avaliable - [Scholarships :: Case Western Reserve University](<a href=“Undergraduate Admission | Case Western Reserve University”>Undergraduate Admission | Case Western Reserve University)

@askq: Mine too! I’m very relieved to have a good school waiting; you never know what could happen :)

Oh i think I should Post here…

I am so thankful that i got Accepted…but could someone tell me how they checked their scholarship amount?

on my acceptance letter i got the “Congratulations! It is my honor to inform you that you have been admitted” ETC…and then we submit w/ the free shirt.

However the link after that couldn’t load when i checked it yesterday…
is it like my portal account? and i want to go back to that site now…but i have to re-submit the decision site w/ free shirt thing and i don’t want to do that…if i don’t have too

and also i never got any email about portal account username or password… any help?

or am i supposed to receive this all through snail mail…

Thanks a bunch!!!

The scholarship amount was in my acceptance letter.

I’m very happy with the scholarship awarded. But if I could do it again, I should demonstrate more interest to Case by visiting campus, interview… but I live far away and they didn’t send rep to our state this year. I should also demonstrate academic passion as well…I just checked “undecided” on common appl.

Hope this tips could help other people :)

I don’t think being undecided means you have no passions; I’m applying to some schools undecided because I want to try different things when I get there.

Hey Veritasiness…May i ask your GPA and SAT scores?
Compared to scholarships others have posted, your scholarship is a little lower…but still i would have been so grateful to receive any amount…

i just wanted to see your standings…
You dont have too…but if you do thanks in advance!

Is the free shirt only if you’re attending? I had an issue and only got the physical acceptance letter, so I’m wondering if I can get some gear. :)

GPA: 3.82

Didn’t submit SAT; have a 33 on ACT (36 Reading / 34 Writing / 34 Science / 29 Math / 9/12 essay).

And yes, I’m very grateful. My understanding is that these scholarships are totally merit-based, so I think that you’ll have other opportunities for different kinds of scholarships along the way

I think that my scores/GPA are about average for Case, but probably fairly low for College Confidential :P

Out of curiosity, what were the stats of people who received $30k+?

I had heard that the Case merit scholarships were going to decrease this year, but this thread looks pretty good. Congrats to all you folks!

thanks for the info about more colleges
