i didn't receive any paper letter..

<p>I think he’s talking about your Fall 2010 bill. If your myPurdue account is already set up then you can check on there. I believe all billing information comes from myPurdue.</p>

<p>$13,000 a semester would be for OOS students. For in-state it would probably be half of that at like $6,500 or something. Every bill you receive is by the semester not the year.</p>
