Scholarships and/or Aid for an international undergraduate applicant?

I am from Id seeking admission for fall-2020. However, I would only be accepting if I am able to gain financial aid/scholarship covering at least 40% of the tuition fees. Would this be possible given the current competition for this University?

My stats:
10th grade (Central Board): 96% cgpa:10
Obtained full marks in maths.
12th grade (State board) : 82%
Achieved scholarship on behalf of the state government for being in 99 percentile in 12th.
JEE Mains: National Rank 4420; 99.63 percentile
JEE Advanced: National Rank 1493 (99.1 percentile)
(Jee advanced is the hardest engineering college test in India)
SAT score: 1520 (essay score: 20/24)
SAT subject scores: Math 2:800
Physics:800
Chem:780

EC:

  1. Achieved multiple certificates(6-7) for competing in SOF competitive exams from 8th to 10th.
  2. Took part in a mathematics workshop.
  3. Qualified for INMO by clearing pre-RMO and RMO( RMO is equivalent AMC 12 and pre-RMO is equivalent to AMC 10 in the US).
  4. Scored 366/450 in BITSAT( an engineering entrance exam for BITs, highest ranked private engineering college in India)
  5. Currently working with a local NGO in education for the underprivileged.
  6. Qualified twice for a 3-month workshop in Duke University (under their ASSET program for international High schoolers); couldn’t attend due to financial reasons

UF admissions also awards (a limited number) of OOS freshman scholarships, but it’s never easy to predict if one will be award.

Good Luck!
