<p>Hello, I'm hoping to go into a computer science and I'm a very good student who is unfortunately in that old boat of not rich but not poor either. I want to go to a good computer science but unfortunately I cant pick the most elite schools (Carnegie-Mellon, MIT) since my parents wont be able to afford it. I was wondering what are some schools that have really good computer science programs and could also potentially offer me some hefty scholarships?</p>

<p>I also took the SAT but did pretty bad but I didnt retake it because of I thought I could just use my ACT score</p>
<p>So far, I've applied to UIllinois and UMinnesota but I'm not sure what my chances are even at these schools because they're both pretty good.</p>
