<p>Does anyone know when Penn State starts rewarding scholarships or financial aid? (Either including or not including FAFSA rewards) And what their criterion is for them.</p>
<p>Both academic and need based aid will come out sporadically from now till you receive your fin aid package in March/April. They typically award some $$ to high GPAs/SATs students. Don’t expect much, most students don’t start getting money till soph/jr year when they declare their major.</p>
