Scholarships for Blacks Students?

<p>What are some good scholarships for black students? I need one that is not need based and does not require attendance to a historically black college or university.</p>

<p>Just for being black? I think that might be AT LEAST part myth. Need was a big part of every one I looked at. ( I am a parent).</p>
