<p>I'm from illinois and was accepted to biological sciences. I'm trying as hard as I can to find UW scholarships for OOS students, but I'm having a hard time. Is there any realistic chance an OOS student can receive a L&S scholarship (from the website) or any other source?</p>
<p>I hope so, because I applied to the L&S ones from their site. it's too late to apply anymore though</p>
