<p>For the scholarships that are based solely on numbers (UA Scholar, Presidential, etc.) is the additional scholarship form needed? Or will this scholarship offer come with the acceptance letter?</p>

<p>There is a separate scholarship app that must be filled out. It’s available online. Have you applied to the school yet/ If so, once you can go to MyBama, you can submit the scholarship app.</p>
<p>Even tho you have the stats, the scholarship app is a formality that must be submitted.</p>
