Just looking for a bit of help from anyone knowledgeable/ experienced international students. So apparently USC claims that I am allowed to apply for merit aid. Do I still have to submit a Financial parent support statement (that shows I can pay)?

Note : I cant attend if I dont get significant aid of some sort

Thanks in advance

Mandatory,
USC does offer merit scholarships to some outstanding international students. These scholarships are extremely competitive. Other international students have to pay the regular tuition and fees. Some countries give scholarships to students who study in the United States. Have you investigated this in your own country?

Unfortunately, SC does not offer financial aid to international students other than the merit scholarships mentioned above.

Is it not possible to only apply for scholarships?
