Scholarships??

Hello Northeastern Huskies!
Question about scholarships: Do the Northeastern admissions officers pick YOU or do you apply for them individually? Because there are several full tuition scholarships to choose from. Would you have to apply for all of the individually?

Take a look: <a href="http://www.admissions.neu.edu/scholarship.html%5B/url%5D">http://www.admissions.neu.edu/scholarship.html</a></p>

you are automatically considered, the admissions offers pick you, if you apply EA it definitely helps...they give quite a few deans scholarships especially to EA but look at the stats, the full tuition scholarships are very few and they are specific...ie from Boston Public Schools, ie only 25 Ell Scholars etc..My son applied EA and got a nice Deans Scholarship-these are merit only-not based on need...

My son also applied EA, and was offered a Dean's Scholarship.

My son applied regular, barely got his application in by the priority date, and his teacher recommendation was even later because it apparently got lost in the mail the first time and we had to get a new one; he still received a Dean's scholarship. A very nice surprise since I figured he'd be out of the running for any scholarship by that point...
