<p>The Maureen L. and Howard N. Blitman, P.E. Scholarship is available to African-American, Hispanic and Native American graduating high school seniors. You must plan to major in engineering at an ABET-accredited program at a four-year college or university and be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for this award.
You have to have a 700 in math and a 600 in the writing sections of the SAT for this scholarship.</p>

<p>Besides the fact that I am neither African American, Hispanic, or Native American, I don't even qualify for the SAT part.</p>
