Scholarships

S was offered a $15,000 Trustee scholarship and $3000 Ignatian scholarship yesterday. It looks like a trip to Seattle is in order!

woot
congrats.

Thank you!

Congrats!

I was also offered the Trustee scholarship. For the Ignatian scholarship, do you HAVE to have graduated from a Jesuit high school? The reason I ask is because the only Jesuit high school in my state is an all boys high school (which makes graduation from a Jesuit high school impossible for me since I'm a girl), but I attended a Jesuit grade school from Kindergarten through 8th grade and will be graduating from a Catholic high school. Also, the parish at which I attend mass every Sunday is Jesuit, as well. Do you think they might make an exception in this case?

I'd contact them. Can't hurt, right? Where are you from?

Thanks! I'll go ahead and give it a try! And I'm from AZ, by the way!

when are we supposed to hear from them?? I haven't gotten my scholarship information yet! Ugh.

I haven't either:( I guess that means we aren't getting any

scholarship info should be coming in soon for RD applicants right?

My d just got a letter today offering her a Presidential Scholarship for 18,500 a year. She did not apply early admit , just RD, but she was admitted in early February, probably because she completed her app by Thanksgiving.

Congratulations everyone!

I got my award letter today. I received the Trustee scholarship for $15000. Anyone else going to go to the Open Houses in April?

I got the Arrupe Scholarship worth $7500 a year:)
