<p>So if I don't receive one as an incoming freshmen, there isn't a chance I'll get one as an upperclassman?</p>
<p>I just got awarded $3000 per yr merit based from UM for the next 3 years. I didnt get anything from UM frosh year</p>
<p>IIRC, you have to have above a 3.5 or something.</p>
