<p>Do you think all scholarships have been awarded? Does the engineering department award scholarships to incoming freshmen?</p>
<p>i would think most are out, and i am sure engineering does award scholarships</p>
<p>Engineering Dept. does give out scholarships but they are not close in value to the honors college scholarships (i think). Departmentals come out as early as the end of this month.</p>
