Scholastic Art and Writing Question

Hi!

I plan on competing in the Art competition, and I have a question about the due dates. There are two due dates for my area--December 11 and January 8. Does it mean that if I plan to submit multiple artworks, they ALL need to be sent in at the same time, or can I submit some by the first date and the rest by the second? I have some pieces that still need a bit of finalizing that I won't be able to submit by this Friday.

Thanks!

I think you need to submit them ALL by Dec 11.

EricLee: I see. I don’t know if it makes very much sense, though. I only thought that the difference was a change in submission fees, and to my knowledge, nowhere in the website does it state that all works must be turned in simultaneously.

The only difference between the deadlines is the cost.

The final deadline is the one you must meet. You can submit works at separate times.

Luminouzz: Alright. Thanks! I was panicking for a moment there.

thanks for reminding me about these -i wanted to submit one and totally forgot…
a poem is an individual submission right?

Oh, my bad - I read your question wrong. I thought you wanted to pay the lower-earlier-deadline-fee for ALL of them and only submit some of them and submit the rest at a later date.

Also - do you guys have any idea any monetary rewards one can get by doing individual submissions as a junior, or do the scholarship only apply to current seniors? Is prestige the only thing you’re winning?
