<p>Hmm Idk what region you're in, but I thought they'd notified for art a while ago. I got mine (Northern Virginia) in mid-February. Only the writing ones were delayed for us- got those just two weeks ago.</p>
<p>and I know Hawaii (random, but my friend is there) notified even earlier.</p>
<p>Our area does not belong to a region, so we have to do the Region-at-Large.</p>
