Does it really matter where you go to school for undergrad in the business world? Right now I'm choosing between attending UCR Business, Santa Clara Business, or attending a community college and potentially transferring to better business school, like USC, Berkeley, or LA. What's probably going to be best?
By the way I'd be entering Fall 2011 as a freshmen.

It does matter, for prestige-oriented jobs like investment banking and high-profile management consulting. If you want to have a shot at one of the aforementioned jobs, it’d be best to try to transfer to USC/UCLA/UCB - especially UCB’s Haas School of Business, which is a major target for San Fran area businesses.
