i will have completed 50 elective credits by the end of this yr. (im a junior)
i will take drama and sociology next yr most likely, but can a 4th year of math count as an elective????
(u need 80 elective credits to grad)
plz help!!!

um that totally dependds on how your high school categorizes classes. no one else on this forum is going to be able to answer your question unless they go to the same school.
Why don’t you just ask your counselor?

Maybe for graduation requirements it will count as an elective, but that all depends on your school.

In terms of college, I can tell you that a 4th year math class is not an elective, it’s usually actually require/recommended. (at least for UCs)

hi and welcome mr. a.p.

i think that the answer to your question lies with another part of this site, namely the “college admissions” forum.

anyway, johnc613 is correct. asking your counselor is the correct course of action. it also depends on what college you wish to apply to and their high school requirements.

once again, welcome to collegeconfidential.com, and good luck with your future endeavors.
